The Hours-Back AI Boot Camp · For NJ & NY Executives
One morning. One working AI tool. 20+ hours a year back, per task.
In one morning, you’ll build a working AI tool on one of your own weekly tasks, in the AI tools you already pay for, without putting your company’s data at risk.
Working before you leave. Your tool is built and tested by 11:30 AM.
No tech skills needed. Bring a laptop and one task you repeat every week.
Your data stays safe. We show you what’s safe to share with AI and what isn’t.

2.5 hrs → 2 min
Science company, 26 people
A daily job, after one session. A scientist built his own lab data viewer within a week. Then a 16-tool roadmap.
1,000+ hours
Engineering firm, 178 people
Saved in 2 months. A report that took 200 hours now takes 40 to 60. Paid for itself in the first two months.
38 uploads caught
Food manufacturer, 64 people
Customer data going to personal AI accounts, found in two weeks. Protected first, then 100% of staff trained.
3 weeks
Professional services, 42 people
From yes to full coverage: policy, enforcement, trained staff, and a monthly report to leadership.
“Gali built the AI strategy and architecture that moved MCG forward. We are doing things that were not possible for us before, and doing them without adding headcount.”
“This is the day I was waiting for. These reports used to take a team of eight to ten engineers around 200 hours per cycle. Starting from a built draft instead of a blank page has easily taken 100 engineering hours off of that. It's crazy what this unlocks.”
“Gali taught me Claude Code properly, working on my real workflows instead of toy examples. I was technical before I met him; now I have leverage I didn't know was on the table. Work that used to take a week of planning now ships the same day.”
The program
One task that takes you 30 minutes a week and now takes 5 is 20 hours a year back, per task.
AI predicts the next likely words. It does not look things up. That is why it sounds sure and is still wrong, and what you must always check.
The four parts of a prompt: goal, background, rules, and an example. Fix a weak answer by finding the missing part instead of starting over.
When to fix the draft and when to ask again. The human check on numbers, prices, names, legal wording, and anything a customer sees.
A chat answers the same question two ways. A saved tool keeps the rules the same every time. A simple test for what is safe to automate.
When a repeat task should become an agent, the rule that a person approves every action, and build vs buy. Live demo of an agent reading email and drafting the output.
For investors and boards. Ten questions on data leakage, personal accounts, policy, and what the cyber insurance renewal now asks.
Pick one task you repeat every week — a board update, a pricing check, a customer email, a report review — and build the tool with us beside you, in ChatGPT, Copilot, or Claude. You will type. That is the point. Everyone leaves with something that works on Thursday morning.
